At the Chafin, Harbison and Hollis Memorial Singing at New Prospect Church in Cullman County, Alabama, on July 20th, John and Brenda Merritt presented a sizeable donation to the Joe Beasley Memorial Foundation, Inc., to be used for the construction of the Sacred Harp/Shape Note Music and Cultural Center.
